Sofa’s inner frame is constructed from natural hard wood /commercial plywood. The thickness of the wood allows for the heavy tension webbing. The frame is padded with high resilience foam having density 32-40Kg/m³. The complete structure will be fully upholstered with Fabric, Vinyl, Leather, Leatherette. The understructure is supported by metal/wooden legs and joints with metal threadlocks on the allen screws of the legs & tighten the legs to the shell. There will be buffers provided at the bottom to avoid scratches on the floor.
